For the last weekend before Christmas, we will be tasting 6 wines which you could serve at a party, or bring as a gift. First is a Champagne with great quality and price, then a $10 white from Argentina which always over-delivers, the last white is probably the best sub $50 Sancerre I know of, and we secured a pretty good allocation of it this year. The first red is a 92-point Pinot Noir, we follow that with a 94-point Aussie Shiraz, and finish with a 93-point Port from the 2019 Vintage. Taste all 6 for $30, individual pours are from $4 to $9, taxes included. The tasting bar will be re-stocked with Tignanello, Croix Ducru Beaucailloux, Van Canneyt Blanchot Chablis and La Scolca Black Label Gavi di Gavi. The tasting bar will be open from 3.30 to 7.30 Thursday through Saturday.
